Height: 5'10
Weight: 180lb
Age: 36
Getting married in October.
My aesthetics goal is to go from skinnyfat to DanielCraig/JamesBond mode in my tux.
My strength goal is to hit 1/2/3/4 in a year.

Is this possible by my wedding? Or am I a fool?

Been lifting for about 7 weeks.
Started lbs ---> current lbs

OHP: = 50x5 ---> 95x5
Bench: = 95x5 ---> 145x5
Squat: = 115x5 ---> 145x5
Diddly: = 135x5 ---> 275x5
(((LP: = 270x5 ---> 590x5)))

I need some serious squat/mobility coaching. I struggle to get to parallel, knees cave in, etc. I've been working on my posture, but my day job is pretty sedentary with mostly sitting all day. I'd imagine this contributes to my lack of mobility.

Feeling stronger every session though.
DOMS are less painful and don't last as long. Thats encouraging.
Eating ~2600cal daily.

My routine is basically a PPL hitting legs once a week.

Yes it is possible, probably not with PPL since it does not utilize beginner gains to their maximum extent. You have to do a barbell routine for 3 months then you can switch to ppl. It will require religious lifting and dedication to your diet though.

I've fucked around long enough. I've found a relatively sane female who is successful, fit, hasn't taken miles of dick, and on the same level of attractiveness as I am. She is wealthier than me too so I'm not worried about her taking half my shit.

She enhances every aspect of my life instead of infecting it.

I'd like offspring at some point. And the males on her side of the family are all +6'2.
