I was pretty under whelmed. I had 3/4 of a scoop and it wore off half way through my 1.5 hour workout. I do have a slight desensitization to caffeine since I drink coffee pretty much ever day and use a pre-workout. My usual pre-workout is Rivalus Powder Burn 2.0. Would recommend.
