Sup /fit/, just got back from the gym, and I noticed some pain right at the bottom of my forearm/around the side of my elbow when I touched the bar to my chest while benching.
I circled this area in pic related. I thought that this picture would be good to use as the man depicted is very lean and muscular, so the area I'm talking about is very easy to see on him

Anyway, does anyone know what could be causing this and how I could prevent it?
