Is it true small writs limit your gains potential?
>>40477950
Yep. If you have a small dick, small wrists, small height, etc, you're a genetic failure and will never make it
>>40477968
I have it all except for wrists. R8 or h8
>>40477968
What if I have tall height and big dick but small wrists?
>>40477950
There's some sort of maximum generic weight calculator somewhere, and it takes wrist and ankle circumference as variables. I think the assumption is the bigger your bones, the more generic potential.
There's some truth to it. Some of my tiny Asian boy hookups are so small my hand can nearly wrap around their biceps. This one was like 4'11 and 98lbs. Don't think he will be doing 1/2/3/4.

n-no homo right?
>>40477968
It is sort of true though, being a natty lifter.

I wish I had the link for the calculator, it's all a load of shite in todays world with roids and such, but it's based on natty folks. And you can definitely tell in real life that people with larger joints have larger overall physiques. It's simple really, think about the circumference of joint/muscle to surround a 6" wrist. And then the amount needed for a 7.5" wrist (at the same bf%). That person, being the same height and bf%, has more muscle and tendon mass on them, purely by having bigger joints.

I have thin wrists/ankles/waist, takes extra time but it'll grow, helps with being aesthetic to be honest dude, if you wanna be physique/classic physique you'll need it as well as being 6' or taller, if you wanna be mrO you gotta be 5'8 or shorter with chunky wrists and waist
>>40477950
zane had 6.5" wrists

Is 1/2/3/4 in hundreds or 45 plates? ex: 1=100lbs or 135lbs?
Nope, I have small wrists and hands but they've both thickened considerably and my bench is now at 110kg+
Wrist isn't a limiting factor in any lift that I've run into yet. Deadlift is limited by forearms and grip, bench mostly by bar path, back strength, hand position and leg drive, etc.
Can't think of a single lift where wrists are an issue

pl8s
1 = 60kg 2 = 100kg 3 = 140kg 4 = 180kg
>>40478347
one hundreds and number of plates. so 1 is one hundred and 135lbs, so 235lbs is 1
