I go to a bullshit giant corporate chain gym (very nice facility though) and they are extremely stingy with guest visits.

My gym tried this but with people bringing guests every day the place was filled with twice the amount of people expected and they soon got rid of it.

my local Y charges like 6 bucks to get your friend a day pass. i can usually sneak people into my uni gym tho
