Does cardio even do anything for fat-loss as a NATTY if you're NOT a FAT FUCK?
I honestly don't even feel like it helps when you're just trying to go from 15% to 10%. It seems diet alone is the only thing that actually does it.
I feel like cardio is shit unless you're really heavy, like IFBB pro tier weight, or just really obese, but if you're just like 185 - 15% BF, trying to get down to like 165 - 10% BF, then it's fucking shit.
DESU intense cardio makes me hold on to fat and retain fluid. Sustained and regular activity over a long period works better.
