Pushups and fork put downs.
Meaning
Basic calisthenics, simple cardio and eating better and less.

Second this. I just want a minimally better defined chest. Not trying to look like a body builder. Any simple exercises I can do before a shower? Push-ups are best?
Do Pushups, 3 Sets of 12.
If you can do more, add weight (weighted vest: 30kg/100 euro @ amazon).
Also, do Chinups for a good posture and biceps/back (also 3x12).
The cheapest and most healthy tool for Chinups (Pullups, Rows, Dips etc.) are gymnastic rings (20 euro).
Eat more protein and fat and stop eating carbs regulary to burn fat easily. Eat lots of steak, eggs, cheese etc

you can't /thread your own post you fag
Work on a farm. Seriously. All that sweeping, shovelling horse shit, pulling wheelbarrows and stacking hay bales adds up. This past week I had to carry 70 bales of hay/straw/horse bedding weighing 30kg each, then we had the monthly concentrate feed delivery which required carrying a further 40 items all weighing between 20 and 35kg. That's a good couple of metric tonnes right there.

Honestly, as a 18 year old, I was in decent shape (not amazing, just good enough to have the very occasional 'mire) by just doing 50 push ups twice a day, once in the morning and once at night.
Obviously I had the advantage of being an 18 year old dude, but the simple and easy stuff like that is better than nothing.

This. If you live somewhere where there are no gyms, there probably are farms around. Ask them if they need any help.
