Lift and eat right.

Go look for routines like Starting Strenght or even bro splits

Focus on big lifts like bench squat and deadlift and add other workouts for the muscle groups you are working on that day.

Also calisthenics at the end of the workout just to really tired the body

Also add cardio 3 times a week just to be healthy.
