Who else here /druid fitness/?
Maybe twice a week either before or after my daily workout I head out to the local state park and go through a special regimen revolving around movement and breathing, pure strength and speed.

> have a log with ropes that I pull around like a sled
> practice slow staff movements with a long stick
> meditate
> swim in the river for a bit
> go home/ gym
Anyone else do something like this? Really calms down the spirit and body to acceptable levels.
