Last week, I had a flu that turned from puking, to a fever, then turned into a cold. Then when the fever went away and the cold as well, I coughed badly for a few days, then that slowly exchanged itself back into a fucking cold with a bit of a shivering very light fever. I have been fucking suffering not going to the gym. I've been going some days that I've been sick. I didn't go yesterday. Today I still got that cold. Should I go? I feel like my gains will vanish if I do shitty for a whole fucking week.

I've just been resting and barely eating so I don't vomit my entire stomach out
I'm worried about my gains but w/e
Don't go to the gym if you have a fever or nausea, it will make it worse
Don't freak out over it, just stay hydrated, see a doctor, and eat soup and crackers until you're better and can go blast your workout again
