Is doing SL and HIIT retarded when your goal is to slim down? Should I do steady state cardio instead?I have about 50 lbs to lose.

Can you explain to me why PPL is any better than push pull with leg exercises grouped into push (squats etc) pull (deds etc)?
Also do you have a good intermediate ppl? Been lifting 4 months and while I do still have to drop some fat I'm told 4 months is good time to hop off of greyskull esp since I can't progress when cutting.

Hey homies,
I've been lifting for around 13 years. How old are you, how long have you been lifting and what are your lifts like? Just squat, DL or SLDL, mili or bench just for ref.
I've done the "I have to drop 20lbs" too many times to count and its really easy to kill it in a week or two.
Run sprints not HIIT (4 100s max effort, like you're running track, rest 30s-1 minute)
Do circuit workouts with 1 major lift at the start 3-8 reps on your work set.
Its just really work capacity that makes the difference.
