I recently added chin ups to my sl workout. They want me to get to 3x10. They are added on to OHP day.
The best I've managed is 5,4,4. But I can't seem to get any better. I seem to have stalled around these numbers. Even with 5 min breaks between sets.
What can I do to smash through this ceiling?

One word: consistency.
Make sure to eat maintenance or surplus and keep doing your chin/pullups. Improvement is inevitable

If your gym has an assisted chin up machine, use that. Wide grip and a steady progression got me from not being able to do 1 half-assed pullup to the point that I can do around 10 dead hanging pullups with no kip.

Looks like a dolphin without the googly eyes
Foolproof way is just to do 2-3 every time you have a spare minute.
For me this means whenever I walk past my pull up bar, but in a gym you can just add it after every exercise or whatever
You'll reach 50 in a day in no time and easily 20+ in one set as a result
Grease the groove.
I couldn't even do 1 at the beginning of january now I'm up to about 3x12. Going to start doing weighted ones now.
Do a fourth set. Do lat pulldowns, as well.
