I got some pretty bad bone bruising and a possibly torn ligament (splint for three weeks then i'll know for certain) in my wrist. I got two opinions, one doc says I'll be good to go in a month, another says I may have to drop lifting. I'm extremely worried this will hurt me well into the future. Any other bros manage to leave snap city good as new?
injured my chest doing weighted dips on friday. the discomfort is pretty much all gone so i did 2 or 3 unweighted today and it started hurting again. just gonna do The Press every workout for a few weeks.

My si joint is always in pain. I learned an exercise that i do before my workouts which helps but im at the point where i have to cut squats and deadlifts out completely. Also i have a shoulder impingement that im trying to fix by strengthening up my back and removing chest from my workouts entirely for the time being.

I blew my knee out so bad I could barely walk on it and it's all better now.
In my experience though the worst injuries are tendon related. You fuck up your tendies and you will pretty much feel it forever, especially if you keep doing the same lifts that caused the injury.

Face pulls x 10000 for bad shoulders. Made mine feel so much better oh man its great. As for the si, mine used to give me pain but once I started pulverizing it with a lacrosse ball it got better pretty quick.
Feet slipped out from under me running down stairs in socks like a tard.
Landed on my elbow and all my weight blew up through my shoulder. Hurt like a motherfucker and fucked something up. Now dips are dodgy business which sucks because I love me some dips. Sometimes I'll get nagging/sharp pain in my shoulder/collarbone area.

Dislocated my shoulder three times between May 2014 and February 2015 and have not dislocated it since... except for last week.
Now I'm probably going to need surgery fml
