It means that physique is more or less insignificant in assessing the quality of a mate, i.e. HEIGHT, FACE and FRAME are the only things that matter.

What women want is not one singular thing.
A nice physique helps, just like being a nice/funny guy, being a big dick G, having a 6 figure job and a million other things. In general, indicators of physical health and social status are considered attractive.

Some things compensate more than others, but that's up to a girls' individual preference.

What do the numbers mean? This is the worst graph i've ever seen. Also, as others have pointed out, there's a lot of variables for what women like, such as societal status. Also, guys who lift a lot are often times kinda faggy. If you lift because you eant to be in shape and healthy, then great, but there's a lot of guys who do it because they're uninteresting and insecure.

Some fag with big arms talking about how he supports Hillary will never be as attractive as an actual man. Lifting makes you better, sure, but it can't be the only thing to you. Otherwise you're just some generic thug in a batman movie.
