Shouldn't be using biceps AT ALL, regardless of grip.
You hump the weight up with triple extension, you do NOT row the weight up.
Focus on doing hang cleans where you slam the barbell into your thighs before you triple extend.
You should leave significant bruising on your legs.

bicep tears are fucking scary. my neighbor got his dirt bike stuck in the mud. he tried to do some kind of deadlift to lift it out and it shredded it up. his arm looked bruised as fuck.
