I don't have a protein scooper. I use a 1/4th cup scooper. How much protein am I getting per scoop from "Amplified Wheybolic Extreme 60 Original" protein. It's naturally unflavored.
Pic related is my scooper.
Thanks!

read the nutritional info on the label?
use a food scale nigga the whey container will tell you how much a scoop weighs.

So 31g is one serving. I just google 1/4th = 22g. So about 1 1/3 scoop should be good?

My creatine says "one heaping teaspoon", anybody got any advice on if that's correct or if I should taking more or less? Trying to build muscle mass and strength but stay lean

get a food scale. if you want to be asspicky about gram amounts use a teaspoon to measure out 31g. otherwise if you're recording shit for weight loss you can put as many scoops in your shaker/glass/whatever as you want and get the total amount, then the nutritional information is (total amount / 31g) * (calories/carbs/fat/protons)
