And I was eating 1900kcal/day, now I'm up to 2700. My TDEE is approx 2200 I think.

If you're weightlifting, your TDEE is very probably not 2200 except you're 5'0". Please make sure to calculate your physical activity in.

With this I want to say that at 1900kcal you were probably starving your body, hence triggering various negative effects in your body.

Weightlifting hardly burns any calories. You don't really have to factor it into your TDEE i think
