i prefer the taste of regular but chocolate whole milk would get you more calories for if you are true skelly mode (<18 BMI or something like that)
i'm a total armchair nutritionist tho so take everything i say with a grain of salt

I have loved chocolate milk my entire life, drank so much of it, but now i've been drinking whole milk and it's no problem. not that i know anything about nutrition but id say whole milk cause less sugar lol
