If you want to look like a girl, well, it probably won't happen if you shoot for skinny. You'll just look like a skinny, gross guy. If you want to look feminine, shoot for fit chick. Do a fit chick routine, and stack muscle on your legs and ass. Pic related is a girl routine. Do it. After a few months, you may need to adjust (probably just your diet). You should come out with the "girly" muscles built, giving you a more feminine shape. Assuming you do the other trap shit, like removing body hair, growing longer hair, etc, you might even be passable.


Also, don't touch your test. Crashing or altering it won't do what you think it will; it's not a light switch.
