Honestly, I tried 3x full body, various routines for about a year: even tho I've got some gains, not even near of what I as aiming. When I've started doing PPL, tho, got so much better. More when I started doing push-ups and pull-ups at home, so called "frequency method" of GSLP.
Maybe this is what you need, to find your own groove. Also, eat more. 6'1 135lbs is uber skelly mode.

Really, eat more. Now that I realizes, I'm 6'4 225lbs, and not even close to looking fat. You're only 3in smaller but almost 90lbs lighter lmao.
