Starting to get lower back pain from squatting and noticing that I'm 'butt winking' aswell. How can I resolve this issue?
straighten your back
hold it tight, including your core.
use a lower weight until you have proper technique. do proper warmups as per exrx.

you mght have tight ham strings m8, i had a very similar issue and after lots of streching for months its sorted now
ab strengthening and focusing on using them during the lift really helped me. that and only going to parallel I've got shit hip mobility

Widen stance, push knees out.

Do this before every workout that you squat/deadlift or use your hips a lot.

Do the valsalva manuever on every rep of deadlift/squats/rows etc.
At the end of every workout do standing cable crunches like this

After your workout at least try to hang 2x 15"-30" and static stretching the hip flexors.
Done this for one month now I don't even feel my back.
Check if you have a herniated disk or something though, because that would take a completely different approach.
