All I've eaten today is 2 White bread sandwiches with tomato and avocado, maybe 20 chips that were less than 160 calories, and a nature valley bar. I also had a workout and did cardio for 20 minutes, equivalent of 1.6 miles. Will I be fine eating 2 slices of little caesars pizza if I'm trying to cut? This is all I plan on eating today.

You'll just waste the efforts you have previously done. You won't get fat but you'll throw away your progress for the ammount of calories you eat
duno but that's a lot of protein you've already eaten so make sure if you do eat anything else it's carbs or fat
