i know that carbs are released as heat, but does that mean that the calories associated are just "gone"? for example, let's say i eat i eat 100g of carbs, the 400 calories just "don't count" and it's like i never ate them(aside from being hot as hell)?
no DNP increases your BMR by doing so your cells can't absorb nutrient efficiently or something
