strengthen glutes, lower back, and abs. Avoid exercises like captains chair that use a lot of the hip flexors for the movement

Stretch your hip flexors ,quads, and lower back. Strengthen your core and glutes

But from my experience it might not be enough if you have a passive job - where you sit most of the day
