With a lightweight and a good form these are a good accesory for both hypertrophy and shoulder strength. Not only is this good for WLers, its also good for powerlifters, especially with a wide bench grip, they get some good blood flow to the shoulders and strengthen the rotator cuffs which are a big weakness in many lifters. Good stabilizer muscles will help pressing movements. Plus u get some nice delts.
