Hello fitizens why are the unhealthy foods so cheap? Is it because of pharmaceutical companies and medical costs since a fat person is more likely to need them? Is this some sort of military industrial complex applied to fatties? Shouldn't it be more logical to have unhealthy food more expensive? Would you approve your goverment to tax fat people more? Discuss.
>buy 1 mcdonalds salad
or
>spend the same amount of money on enough frozen veg to last a week
why are fatties so dumb and lazy

Is the McDouble seriously $1 in the US?
If you're trying ot lose weight why the fuck are you at McDonald's?
>Implying a mcdonalds salad is healthy.
You'd actually be better off eating the cheese burger. It is 400 calories of fat, protein and carbs in an actually reasonable ratio. It is pretty low is dietary fiber, but no food is perfect. The fat and protein will make you feel full too, so you won't need to eat again as soon.
Burgers aren't even bad for you. Burgers don't make you fat.
A burger has like 400-800 calories (though it is important to know on that scale your burger is). You won't get fat from eating one burger at a meal.
You get fat from eating 700 calories worth of large fries and then drinking 600 calories worth of large soda along with the burger. Empty carbs are what makes most people fat.
If you ate a mcdouble for every meal of the day, with a diet of coke, most americans would lose a ton of weight. To be honest, most people could eat 5 mcdoubles every single day as their only food and lose weight.
TLDR: Eat as many burgers as you want, just stop shoveling fatty/sugary stuff like dipping sauces, fries and soda into your maw and you'll be good.

they have really low quality ingredients over there though, their beef is revolting and don't get me started on their nuggets.

"Healthy" food is even cheaper, it just depends on where you buy it from. You can get rice, potatoes, grains, vegetables etc. in bulk for almost nothing.

McDonald's is much cheaper in the US than in most of Europe. But being used to fast food in Europe, when you go over there you can tell the quality and the taste are even worse than here.

I buy food in bulk. 40 lbs of rice, 2 lbs red kidney beans, 4 lbs great northern beans, and 4 lbs pinto beans run ~$23 Walmart and this lasts for months and months. Beans are loaded with protein, dietary fiber, potassium, etc. as well. You just need to redefine what you consider "healthy food" and realize all that shit is filler.
