How do I get fit without a gym?
I live in a pretty out of the way area, so I don't have a gym I can realistically go to.
How can I get fit without purchasing my own weightlifting equipment?

Just buy a cheap freeweight set, don't let these DYELs shill you, a barbell + 2x dumbell + around 50kg of cheap cement weights is all you need to get jacked, and will cost you nothing. You don't need machines and fancy benches, just like you don't need whey protein.
Lift consistently and hard with this shit and eat/sleep and you'll outdo 90% of the cucks paying for gym memberships chugging down whey.

I'll look into it, although I can't really talk about my situation, I probably won't be able to get my hands on any of that equipment.

Why can't you talk about it? you're completely anon.
>>40441969
I just can't, I don't really know how to explain why I can't without explaining my situation, which I can't do.

WHY CAN YOU NOT?
no one knows who you are, if you don't explain you can never get fit.

Let me put it this way;
I can't really own anything, although I should have plenty of room, for running/exercises, but I can't get any equipment out here.
I think I'd break some NDA type stuff, but I'm not really sure, if I did actually talk about what do.

yea sorry, I'm not being super helpful am I.
Are sit ups, push ups, and jogging enough if I exercise enough, or are there other kinds of exercise I should try?

Pullups are probably the best bodyweight thing you should get on
Follow this video if you can't do them yet

Oh...oh dear lord.
You're serious.
You can do basic pushups, situps/crunches, chinups/pullups, squats, bridges and jogging.
You can lift fairly heavy stones and sticks.
Getting fit is more about eating better, eating less, ditching all excess fat, and being more active. Not about exercising in a gym or with special equipment and eating whatever diet is in fashion now.

thanks, I get the premise of staying fit; i'm not unhealthy/unfit particularly, I was more wondering about the specific exercises I can do without gym equipment to help build muscle.
