I am 29, 170cm, 82kg in pic related.
I want to cut down to 72kg in 20 weeks time (0.5kg per week)
What does /fit/ suggest calorie wise? Calculators give me anywhere from 2,100 to 2,300 calories to achieve 10kg fat-loss in 20 weeks.
I lift 5 days a week.
PLEASE don't turn this into another shit-fest argument like the other thread I made which gave zero information besides pieces anecdotal evidence that don't mean anything.

0.5 kg/week is a good goal
use a calorie calculator as a guide for where to start but none are truly reliable
the best way to do this is to weigh yourself daily (same time e.g. after morning dump, before any food/drink)
use your weekly average to gauge progress
constant progress = dont change
less progress = drop calories ~5%

You will feel ultra tiny after you cut, as your pecs are nicely molded fat covering muscle
Just pinch them and see for yourself, you will feel that fat over your muscle tissue. Now, probably the rest of your body is the same.
Don't say I didn't warn you

Eat 2.3k calories per day and do 200-300 calories worth of cardio everyday.
Bam. Next thread.

I don't feel any fat globules on my chest when I pinch, I feel them on my arms, stomach, lower back and legs.

disagree..not ideal strategy to create deficit by adding cardio. create deficit by doing what you normally do and removing food

What if I fry the food?

Do intermittent fasting and 2.3k calories
