Aye, OP. I'm trying to get a /PD/ (personal development) board created by getting support for it. Do you not think it would make a huge improvement to the site and add a useful resource for life gains?

Started lifting 6 months ago during a deployment, been making some progress but not a lot. I got back and in two days lost 5lbs because of the change in diet, I'm trying to gain weight but I also need to keep my run time down because I'm trying to get a ranger school slot.

Right now I do a chest day, a back day, bi and tri, and a traps/legs day. I usually do some sit-ups in there and I'm going to start running three times a week at least. Any advice is welcome.
