Hey /fit/ I started my cut yesterday morning, doing IF at 1,650 calories. So weighed myself today expecting to see a solid 1/4 pound - 1/2 pound drop, but I've actually put on weight. Any suggestions as to what I could be doing wrong? I tracked my calories so I definitely ate 1,650 calories and my TDEE is approximately 2350 so I should be losing weight.
Your weight fluctuates a couple pounds depending on how much you eat and drink and when you weigh yourself, but since you're expecting results literally the day after you start your diet you're probably going to cave in 4 days and stuff your fat gob with cake, so it doesn't really matter.

I know that feel, I know how urgent everything feels, but if you take the time to make sure things are going okay early on, you'll make much better gains (or losses in this case) later on.
Give it a week or two. If you are still not lighter while having consistently eating perfectly tracked meals, re-evaluate. Two weeks at a deficit of 700kcal is going to be less than two pounds of difference. You can afford that.

Weigh yourself in a week under the same conditions.
Always weight yourself under the same conditions. First thing in the morning after a pis being the easiest to replicate.
