I just discovered this shit and put it on everything now.
Is it good or bad for your heart to eat this very often, or is this just momscience?

It's kinda high in sodium and the only carbs in it are sugar but if you use it in small quantities, I don't see a problem with it. There are a couple of rumors and reported health benefits of eating spicy food regularly, so it can't be that bad.
High sodium and has calories.
I'd find a better hot sauce. That being said small amounts are fine.
bad for tastebuds and stomach (if you eat too often), good for (tiny) increase of metabolism (pepper is a stimulant).
Get chili powder instead, it lacks the sodium.

get stronger hotsauce so you don't have to use as much. Habanero hot sauces are good, i recommend El Yucateco Chile Habanero

Thanks for the heads up. I hadn't noticed the high sodium.

I guess I'll check into chili powder or one of these sauces then. Thanks.

This is literally chili ketchup, full of sugar and sodium.

I love this sauce, I don't like the sweetened versions of sriracha, but I've been adding it to any sandwiches I make. Before I used only a little, now I just spray it on there In big amounts the only downside is taking shits that burn my asshole the next day.
I actually like this better
