at the 2 hr 27 min mark they go into the benefits of IF, but Rhonda states that caffeine will throw off your fast because of its metabolic effects, this got me thinking that my morning BCAA/Curcumen/Yohmbine water might be doing more harm than good in terms to fat loss, so for the next month il be trying plain or sparkling water when im outside my calorie window.

if you're past 10-11 hours and you need something to get ready for your lift then take your BCAAs or eat an apple then lift and fast another 3 or 4 hours. you'll stop the HGH but will still lose weight.
