How do I solve this problem? I can build my forearms easily, but struggle when it comes to putting size onto my biceps and triceps. Anyone have/had this problem?

Train Bis and tris more
Is /fit/ really this stupid?
I have the exact opposite problem.
For bis, I do 3 ez curl sets to failure, a few hammer curl sets, then a few sets using a steel mace with lots of leverage.
For tris, I do skull crushers, weighted chair dips, cable push downs and finally dumbbell triceps extensions.
Can't get my forearms to grow though.

I do that, a lot. Still doesn't make much of a difference
Ye OP i have the same problem, the only thing that helped me was to do more heavier stuff for arms, my biceps started growing more when i stopped doing curls and started doing alot of chinups, and for my tris i do skullcrushers and closegrip pushups, however my tris are still small. I want to do dips but my ribcage starts hurting from it so i dont do it.
I'd say you should put more focus on Dips and closegrip chinups and just get strong in those lifts, that will beef those arms up.

Dips, pull-ups/chin-ups and bicep curls. Be grateful, forearms are harder to build.
