Is it easy to get Abs?

Well depends. If you are already /fit/, then yeah you probably already have abs and you just need to lose body fat to make them visible.

Most of the time, yes. It just takes losing some more fat in the abdominal region, where your body naturally tries to hold on to fat as much as possible.

try yohimbine and fasted cardio to get rid of that layer more easily.

If you have low body fat, just do the plank, for a month and reduce carbs, then they'll be easily visible. also genetics.

Yohimbine works if you're fasted, but it's a bitch to stay fasted if you have a job. You have to take in a massive amount of calories in a short period of time.
