How do you guys get enough fiber?
I'm thinking of buying chia seeds for dem omegas and fiber. Has anybody tried them or is it just a trendy meme?

Be careful when adding fiber. If you overdo it at first then you WILL get stomachaches and digestive issues. This is especially true if you are coming from a diet with insufficient fiber because your body is not acclimated to that sort of intake

According to MFP i get around 70-100g a day. I prefer a lot of vegetables and whole grain foods. Never have any digestive issues, but ease into it.
