Fit, why aren't you walking?

>walk 1.5 miles
>burn 1,500 calories
>walking master race
>>
When has the internet ever lied to you? Obviously this software is showing the REAL calories burnt and not the fake number the medical establishment totes around to starve people to death.
>>
Out of curiosity, how fat would one have to be to actually burn 1223 cals from walking 1.52 miles?
>>
>>40431708
like 1000 pounds
>>
>>40431708
probably upwards of 600 pounds but at that weight you'd barely be able to stand long enough ta take a piss, let alone walk
Hafthor Bjornson is a bit over 400 pounds and stronk as fuck not just fat and I'm sure that he wouldn't burn 1000+ calories from taking a leisurely walk through a park
>>
That's calories burnt from midnight 18th Feb to midnight 19th Feb. Not just during the 1.5 miles walk.

The body burns calories even when stationary.
>>

yep- fitbit shows TDEE, not just exercise.

>walk 1.5 miles
>burn 1500 calories

no shot, try 100 calories
>>
>>40431708
just run them at sonic gotta go fast speed, air resistance friction will do the trick
>>
I'm a mailman I walk 11 miles 5 days a week.
>>

It counts the calories you burn just keeping yourself alive and your organs functioning, heart pumping, breathing, etc. My question is how short are this person's legs that 4.5k steps is 1.5 miles? For an average person it's roughly 2000 steps per mile.
