Who here tall as fuck?
Is it intended that our gains are slow compared to manlets and normal stature people?
I am 6'4, 193cm, almost 4 months on the gym, heard newbie gains were exceptionals, eating healthy, no junk food at all giving my all everyday strenght wise.
is there something I can do to mitigate this problem?
I cant find a reason besides my height and genetics.
Posting in an Arale thread.
Great taste OP.
I donno if I'm tall as fuck, but 6'2".
I made serious gains in the gym, but I also gained 20 lbs in the span of 4 months. Are you eating enough?
Also, I feel like it takes taller dudes much longer to start looking buff though. With longer limbs, any muscle has to cover that whole length, while comparatively a shorter guy will have an easier time looking buffer, but not necessarily being stronger than the tall guy.
Is there any truth in that?
lanklets do have a tougher time with it, your levers are longer and more disadvantaged and your muscles are also longer. Yeah manlets fill out faster and have better levers, but if you keep it up and eat enough you'll look good and muscular with time and effort
you just gotta power thru it faggot
>6'4
>tall as fuck
That's empreror of manlets at best

Do tall people have any mechanical advantages? The more I hear about being tall the more it seems like a curse disguised as a gift?
6'6"
It's frustrating at first to get noticeable size due to proportions of course. But not being short is worth any cost.

not really
weightlifting/powerlifting is basically a manlet sport

6'6 here. Definitely harder to make visible gains to muscle mass, but also easier to keep a lower bf% for the same reason, so it's swings and roundabouts, really
If tall people could gain muscle too easily, manlets wouldn't have ANYTHING in this world to be proud of.

I reckon so, at least for strongman. The strongest guys in the world are all at least 6'2" if not significantly taller.

lanklets are more so built for things like running and basketball, don't give up on strength training tho, you can still look hot
>6'6"
>decent frame, broad shoulders
>Pectus Excavatum
Kiiiiiillll meeeeeeeee

I'm 6'3" with pectus excavatum, if it's girls you're worried about I'm telling you they don't care or often find it endearing/unique. 10+ girls all having a similar response makes me confident

Brian Shaw is 6'8
