Chaffing is easily treatable with talcum powder or baby powder. Should stop being rashy in an hour or 2.
Compression pants will prevent and cure chaffing basically.

this. do it now. In the morning you will feel mostly fine. Apply again. It will last a while. But not the whole time. If you aren't shy about it, take some baby wipes and reapply. If not, you are gonna have to muscle through to the end.
