Tuna + Cottage Cheese + Dijon Mustard + Lemon Zest = god tier

Diced tomato, peppers, Onion. Black pepper. Bacon if I have some.. Great cutting snack, like Supreme pizza

In a smoothie with greek yogurt, fruit, and milk. Why everybody isn't putting cottage cheese in smoothies I have no idea. People just think it sounds gross but it makes it 10x better. I mean cottage cheese is basically just fucking milk

I can only get ricotta where I live but I think it's better. It has absolutely no flavor but the macros are excellent, it's basically cheese made out of whey instead of milk
