Half a pound of lean ground beef, 1 large egg, 1/3 a cup of shredded mozzarella and 80g of slightly wilted kale.
Also had 340g of plain Greek yogurt, a tbs of cocoa, a packet of stevia, and a chopped banana for dessert.
200g blade steak, 150g Bacon, Serving of broccoli, tomato, cucumber and one potato.
i havnt eaten anything besides chips for 3 days cause im too sad

dude this looks terrible. is that sweet and sour sauce on your rice? need way more green beans to get any nutritional value. Steak looks horribly cooked and a terrible cut of beef anyway.

1 onion
1 inch of ginger minced
3-4 garlic cloves minced
saute til golden
add
half tsp turmeric
half tsp chili powder
tsp coriander powder
stir in diced chicken thigh (I'm on a perma bulk and thigh is cheap and juicy, white meat sucks at absorbing spices)
when the chicken are seared than you can stir in yogurt and cook for ~10 minutes and finish with a tsp garam masala and a handful of cilantro.
