Because veganism and vegetarianism are not only suboptimal and often full of retarded pseudoscience, there's no reason outside of legitimate medical issues with meat to get rid of one of the most healthy and nutritious foods you could eat from your diet. It also can't be denied animal products played a significant role in Clarences physique as he used to eat them. Going vegan alone didn't get him huge and strong. And he's also most likely on gear.
