I'm always tired or drowsy and its affecting my school.
I'm male and 18.
6ft 1, weigh 74kg, am skinny/athletic.
On average I probably get about 7 hours of sleep a day.
I eat relatively healthily, I avoid most sweet stuff but snack from time to time.
I get a fair amount of exercise swimming once a week and maybe running twice.
I'm at school atm coming up to some exams and because of my tiredness I've been struggling to revise.
