I was working out for some months prior starting Stronglifts

I was working out for some months prior starting Stronglifts and now the app has told me to lower my weight by 50%, but my bench press and barbell row got too light to do have effect. Should I just stick with it or increase the weight?

I think your app is not working properly, stronglifts is just simple linear progression

This is what I did when i had to restart after injury. When you start to struggle drop it back to 2.5

Someone here told me Stronglifts is for people who never trained before, so it might be that's not suited if you were previously working out.
