Yo /fit/ I'm like a month and a half into my first bulking phase. For the past few days I've had really small poops. Like they shouldn't be that small considering how much food I eat throughout the day. What gives?

I dealt with this problem. Most likely your constipated, and you arnt completely emptying your stomach even though your pooping. Eat atleast 12g of fiber a day and 3 litters of water. I ate 12 dried plumbs a day, as well as 12 dried dates to get 12g fiber daily. It fixed my problem, the dried plumbs are the cure
