It's pretty bullshit. A friend gave me a bottle of it they got in a promo and I actually tried it for a month. I noticed no effect, personally.
Ultimately, it's another case where scientists are looking at ways to make a worthwhile medication/supplement out of something but asshole marketers are selling the base compound on an unfounded promise and leaning on the research to add an air of legitimacy.
