So I woke up today and my left shoulder was a bit sore when I lift my arm up above shoulder height. The odd thing is that yesterday was a pull day (no shoulder work except for rear delts) and my shoulder didn't feel weird after push day where I do DB presses and lateral raises. Should I just skip shoulder exercises on my next push day?
