/fit/ I went to the gym for the first time in months and now my whole body hurts including the joints on my arms
What should I do next time to avoid that?

Intraworkout BCAAs and/or Preworkout Protein.
Nitrate containing foods like Celery and Beets.
Garlic and Chili Peppers.
Warming up and stretching.
Post Workout protein and just enough protein in general.
Lower sodium around workouts.

I should ve lowered them, but it was too easy. Nevertheless I learned my lesson. Would try chewing on garlic. Heard it increases your testosterone a bit too #doit4thegainz

Forgot to mention a decent Omega3/6/9 ratio. Just make sure you get enough Omega 3s which is easier to do if your fat intake is low overall (easier to balance 30g with 7g VS. 120g with like 25 you feel?).

I went from untrained PC vidya to
500lb DL--
315 Squat -- pretty much just DL carryover
315+ bench --
190 OHP
in less than a year by training constantly, heavy, and with a good diet prioritizing adequate protein and overall recovery which is the biggest benefit of steroids as far as I know as someone who isn't a /fraud/

Dud thanks for all the tips but considering how poor I am, studying at uni and trying to maintain at least 2 hours of coding a day, supplements aren't gonna be easy for me to buy. Hell I tried searching for a cheap diet yesterday to increase my cal intake. My life is a mess and I'm trying to make it somewhat better 1 step at a time

I've been grinding out the Omega Shenron event on my train ride to the gym. So I was getting my Dokkan gains before and after my body gains.
