You can eat like shit as long as you have the genetics to support it
If you dont have the genetics you can still eat like shit as long as you get good proteins (drowning in ice cream for example) but you will get fat probably

You can get huge and build lots of muscle eating nothing but McDoubles if you want. Won't be particularly healthy though.
