I did but I still need some suggestion.
1) Do full body routine 3 times a week for 2-3 months, clean up your diet.
If you are skelly:
Switch to PPL, and do a clean bulk
If you are fatasfatass:
Switch to PPL, and cut until 10-12% BF
Clean bulk until around 15%
Rinse-wash-repeat.
Hypertrophy.
Sets of 10, followed by partial reps, followed by a redo of the set with 1/5 less weight.
Gym 4-5 days a week.
Cardio.
