Wait to eat until after noon, eat 500 calories of mostly sugar to shock your metabolism into halting, then eat another 500 calories of lean whey protein. At night make sure to eat only beans, legumes, and dried fruit, the tough texture of the food withholds longer lasting protein partitioning. Yes, and by ingesting sugar in the morning I mean fruit sugar. Don't eat three meals a day plus protein, that increases your hepalipid profile and all that protein will send signals to your body to stop utilizing the calories from the meals. So you're essentially only eating protein shakes. You have to shock the body into 100% calorie partitioning to be most effective. Don't let these people troll you with their hamburger science.
